SPR Attorneys Michael Bogin and Maggie Macdonald to Moderate Panels at 2026 Innovative Redevelopment Summit

On September 9th, SPR Principals Michael Bogin and Maggie Macdonald will moderate panels at the New York City Brownfield Partnership’s 3rd Annual Innovative Redevelopment Summit. The event is taking place at the NYC Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York, NY.

Michael will moderate a panel titled “Energy” from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m., which will cover topics including wastewater reuse systems, battery energy storage systems, and geothermal power. Maggie will moderate a panel titled “E-Designation Program Review” from 2-3 p.m., which will cover OER programs and template updates, the Clean Soil Bank, and site management for industrial air quality and noise E-designations.
