The DCRE Conference, which is being held this year from July 24-27, convenes entrepreneurs and professionals to learn about commercial real estate, recruit, connect, exchange ideas, and network. DCRE focuses on diversifying the commercial real estate industry by advancing executive leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities for people of color. The in-person CLE will be held at the New York offices of Adler & Stachenfeld, while other Conference events will be held at Columbia University.
In their presentation, Christine and Alexis will explore the range of environmental issues present in different types of real estate deals. They will discuss key liability frameworks and outline practical guidelines for identifying and managing environmental risks. Attendees will gain valuable insights into environmental due diligence considerations, environmental insurance options, purchase and sale agreements, and environmental loan terms.
