SPR Associate Kayley McGrath to Co-Chair NYSBA 2026 Annual Oil Spill Symposium

SPR Associate Kayley McGrath is serving as the co-chair for NYSBA’s 2026 Annual Oil Spill Symposium, which will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. SPR is proud to sponsor this year’s symposium.

NYSBA’s Annual Oil Spill Symposium is a premier event bringing together legal practitioners, environmental consultants, and government professionals involved in petroleum spills in New York State. Topics this year will span government perspectives, recent guidance, updates to case law, and current issues including homeowner liability and residential oil spills. Kayley will serve as a speaker on the “Recent Spill Guidance” panel from 2:10 – 3:10pm.

The symposium will be held in Albany, NY, with a virtual attendance option available. 3.5 CLE credits will be offered for program participation.
