Dane and his fellow panelists will guide counsel advising parties involved in contaminated site cleanups on defending the interests of potentially responsible parties (PRPs) in seeking cost recovery against other PRPs. The discussion will focus on CERCLA Sections 107 and 113 and how recent decisions have complicated when PRPs can sue to recover remediation costs.
