SPR Associate Alexis Saba to Speak About NYC Local Law 97 At The NYSBA Annual Meeting  

  On January 16, 2024, SPR Associate Alexis Saba will speak at the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section Annual Meeting regarding New York City Local Law 97 and how to navigate the first compliance year. McCracken of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, will provide an update on NYC Department of Building rulemakings and the New York State Supreme Court’s recent decision in Glen Oaks Village Owners, Inc. v.
