VIRTUAL LAW FIRM Effective as of last week, the firm has commenced comprehensive virtual operations.  Working remotely, all attorneys and staff continue to provide the timely and effective service to which SPR clients are accustomed.  You may communicate with us through the usual channels of telephone and email.  You also may visit our website, sprlaw.com, for any contact information you need.  Despite the current circumstances, we are committed to maintaining the same level of responsiveness that you have come to expect from us. PANDEMIC CLIENT ASSISTANCE FORCE In addition to our usual client services, the firm has established a Pandemic Client Assistance Force to address proactively the range of legal issues our clients now face from the impact of the pandemic.  The group confers regularly to follow legal developments and provide timely intelligence to our clients on the novel issues presented by the pandemic.  We are currently assisting clients with their review of insurance policies as well as a variety of agreements to assess how the fallout from the pandemic affects their obligations and those of their counterparties.  We are helping property managers address and reduce pandemic-related risks in their commercial and residential buildings.  We are mobilized to assist our clients as they confront and resolve these and other challenges that are vital to maintaining their operations.  Please feel free to reach out to your usual SPR contacts if you need assistance.  Also, please keep an eye on our blog and our LinkedIn page for timely advice as we continue to follow pertinent developments for our clients.
