Michael, a rising third-year student at NYU Law, joined SPR this summer as a Summer Associate. Prior to joining SPR, Michael worked as a legal extern in the Environmental Protection Bureau of the NYS Office of the Attorney General, as a research assistant for the NYU Furman Center, and as a summer law clerk for Wardenski P.C.. At Wardenski P.C., Michael assisted in civil rights litigation. Michael serves as an Executive Editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal. Prior to law school, Michael was a program evaluator for nonprofit and philanthropic organizations working in community development, environmental justice, and housing policy. Michael holds an M.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an A.B. from Bowdoin College.
