SPR Associate Ahlia Bethea to Speak at NYSBA Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2025

On December 4th, SPR Associate Ahlia Bethea will be speaking at the annual New York State Bar Association Superfund/Brownfield Program Update. The Superfund/Brownfield Program Update 2025 will explore recent regulatory and policy changes, best practices in remediation, and emerging trends affecting cleanup and redevelopment projects across the state. Ahlia will serve as a speaker for “Update on New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program,” from 9:10 – 10:10 a.m. The session will review recent amendments, implementation updates, and their impact on redevelopment efforts. The program will be presented as a live webinar and is free for NYSBA members. CLE credits are available.
