Evan Preminger to the firm. Evan focuses his practice on the full range of environmental and land use matters, representing clients in litigation arising under Superfund, toxic tort, and the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act. He also provides environmental support for real estate, corporate, brownfield cleanup, renewable energy, and mineral rights transactions, and helps coordinate environmental impact review processes for large scale infrastructure projects. Evan further advises and represents clients in connection with proceedings under the New York City Uniform Land Use Review Procedure. Evan previously served as the Assistant Secretary for the Environment for the New York State Executive Chamber, where he oversaw operations, policy, and regulatory development for New York State’s environmental and parks agencies. Outside of government, Evan also worked in private practice where, in addition to environmental matters, he provided lobbying services and represented clients in matters arising under federal and state election law.
