On February 20-21, 2025, SPR Principals Pamela Esterman, Daniel Riesel, and Elizabeth Knauer will co-chair the annual American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) Environmental Law Conference, co-sponsored by the Environmental Law Institute. The ALI CLE Environmental Law Conference is the oldest annual environmental law conference in the country, and was started by SPR attorneys in 1970, just after the enactment of the National Environmental Policy Act. Pam and Dan have both chaired and lectured at the conference annually since the early 1980s.
