SPR Principals Co-Chair Annual ALI Environmental Litigation Conference
On October 21-22, 2021, SPR principals Daniel Riesel and Mark Chertok will co-chair the annual ALI CLE Environmental Litigation Conference, co-sponsored by ALI CLE and the Environmental Law Institute. This year’s program will be held virtually. The program will feature advanced-level presentations on recent developments in environmental law and litigation by senior public officials, distinguished law professors, seasoned private practitioners, and experienced public interest advocates. The panel topics include:
