SPR Principal Pamela Esterman to Speak at ABA SEER Spring Conference

SPR Principal Pamela Esterman will serve as a panelist for “50 Shades of Gray: Ethical Dilemmas in Environmental Practice,” from 4:15-5:15 p.m. on Friday, April 24 at the ABA SEER Spring Conference in Minneapolis, MN. Pamela will be joined by Jeffrey Pollock, of Pollock Law, LLC. The panel will examine ethical issues associated with communications with government agencies, the scope of work product protections for environmental consultants, and reporting obligations for environmental violations. Using real-world hypotheticals, Pamela and Jeffrey’s panel will offer practical strategies to help practitioners avoid common pitfalls.

CLE credit will be available for conference attendees, including 1 hour of ethics specialty credit for Pamela and Jeffrey’s panel.
