SPR Principal Marc Reisler Contributes to Newly-Released Renewable Energy Treatise

Congratulations to SPR Principal Marc Reisler for contributing a chapter in the newly-released 2025 edition of “Energy and Environmental Project Finance Law and Taxation: New Investment Techniques.” The LexisNexis Books publication provides a detailed guide to assist energy project developers, capital providers and their legal and financial consultants as they navigate the evolving field of renewable energy project development and finance.

Marc’s chapter, entitled “Debt Considerations,” focuses on the complexities facing capital providers and project sponsors in integrating debt at various levels within a project’s capital stack, factoring in the interests of tax equity investors and tax credit purchasers.
