The listing highlights Dan’s trailblazing work with developers and governmental entities to advance offshore wind development in New York. Dan helps clients navigate the environmental review and permitting processes required for complex energy projects and works to minimize project litigation risk using his environmental and commercial litigation background. Dan’s work with Equinor on the Empire Wind 1, Empire Wind 2 and Beacon Wind 1 projects off of New York State will create enough renewable energy to power two million homes.
