SPR Associate Amy Cassidy to Present “An Introduction to RCRA Compliance and Litigation” for NYSBA EELS
On September 15th, SPR Associate Amy Cassidy will present “An Introduction to RCRA Compliance and Litigation,” from 12-1:15 p.m., alongside Dr. James W. Rice of Gradient, as part of the New York State Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Section CLE program. The presentation will provide a practical overview of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), with a focus on hazardous waste regulation and permitting and the types of litigation that can arise from them.
The presentation will take place in webinar format. Registration is free for both NYSBA members and non-members, and CLE credit is available.
