SPR Associate Alexis Saba to Speak at the Building Energy Exchange Women in Sustainability and Energy Career Showcase
On Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM, SPR Associate Alexis Saba will speak at the Building Energy Exchange Women in Sustainability and Energy (WISE) Career Showcase. Click HERE to register for the in-person event.
The panel will feature women leaders from various industries who are advancing sustainability and decarbonization at the building and city levels. Each panelist will offer a unique perspective on their field, role, and career path—including transportation and climate advocacy, public health policy, energy efficiency engineering, and utility program development. Alexis will discuss her early passion for environmental law, how the field has changed in the last 20 years, how environmental law relates to other industries, and what an exciting time it is to work on sustainability and decarbonization issues.
After the panel, there will be a networking reception with refreshments. This is a great opportunity for those early in their career or transitioning professionals to learn more about sustainability career paths and the climate space more generally.
