HERE. With increasing litigation related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, attorneys may be confronted with questions about their ethical obligations to report emitting activities by their clients. The panelists will discuss how legal malpractice claims and ethics violations could arise and what attorneys can do to avoid dishonest or deceitful conduct. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are available in some states.
