A Word About Wind, a renewable energy industry intelligence service. The Legal Power List recognizes Dan’s work to “navigate the environmental review process required for wind, port, solar and other complex development projects” and to “minimize project litigation risk.” Dan is one of only 31 lawyers ranked from the United States, demonstrating the significance of his expertise and experience in the US market. The listing highlights Dan’s representation on the “market-leading Empire Wind and Arthur Kill Terminal projects” as well as his past work with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority to help develop the New York State Offshore Wind Master Plan. Dan also was named to the Legal Power List for 2019-2020.
