SPR represented a lender in connection with a $31 million alongside capital credit facility for Rock Wind Holdings to support the acquisition of a portfolio of wind farms located in New York State, Pennsylvania, and Illinois by BlackRock Renewable Assets, the dedicated renewables investment team of BlackRock Real Assets.
