NYS Community Solar project – NYCEEC

SPR represented a lender as sole counsel for bridge and permanent loans to finance two ground-mounted solar installations with a combined capacity of 13.66MW DC in Oneida County, New York. The community solar project will be subscribed to low- to moderate-income residents in the National Grid service territory, and participates in National Grid’s Expanded Solar for All (E-SFA) program. SPR’s work included the review of construction, permitting, state incentives, and tax credit regimes in approving projects and determining deal structures.
