LL97 Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund – NYCEEC

SPR advises NYCEEC with respect to structuring of the Affordable Housing Reinvestment Fund (AHRF) Offsets Program, a highly innovative mechanism that enables building owners subject to Local Law 97 (LL97) to purchase offsets for up to 10% of their annual emissions limits. The offset purchases then fund emissions reductions projects at affordable housing buildings in New York City. LL97 is one of the most ambitious building decarbonization laws in the nation.
