Champlain Hudson Power Express – NYSERDA

SPR represents NYSERDA in the Tier 4 Renewable Energy Certificate financing of the Champlain Hudson Power Express (CHPE) project, one of New York’s largest transmission infrastructure investments in the last 50 years. The project is set to deliver approximately 10.4 million MWh of clean energy annually to the New York Metropolitan Area from Quebec, Canada, and will eliminate an estimated 37 million metric tons of carbon emissions by 2040.
