Associate

Claire’s practice encompasses environmental litigation, environmental review under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and New York City’s Environmental Quality Review (CEQR), environmental due diligence, and regulatory compliance. She has experience supporting major public infrastructure and development projects, advising on the remediation and redevelopment of contaminated sites through the Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP), and helping clients navigate complex zoning challenges.

Claire graduated from New York University School of Law in 2024, where she was a Digital Editor of the New York University Environmental Law Journal and served on the board of the Environmental Law Society. While in law school, she worked as a Law Clerk in the California Attorney General Office’s Environment Section and was a research assistant for the State Energy and Environmental Impact Center.

Before attending law school, she worked at various environmental nonprofits, as well as a public-interest law firm where she focused on environmental and human rights litigation.
